Fair result,we didnt perform and they asked all the questions for the majority of the game. We conceded to daft mistakes and lapses,on my part as well.

Only thing a can remember of the 1st half was getting peppered by the long balls their back line was sending into the box which we struggled with at times.

2nd half we were totally up against it,hanging onto a slim lead as usual,panicking when we had possesion,not enough quality going forward,did their keeper have a save to make in the 2nd half ?

Fitness badly lacking in some people which was exposed by one of the better teams in the league,very disappointing

Got beat 3-1 Jonathan. 1-0 up at HT.

Gave away some sloppy goals and didnt play particularly well, although to be honest, they arent the best team we've played I dont think.

bad couple of weeks for both blackhall sides dropping 5 points in 2 games i honestly believe the bad weather break has affected us both.

4 4 2 does not work for us when you have philly jones in the middle. he has put more weight on since his injury and does not track back. but it was a bad team display aswel

Aye potter, a really bad week for both teams marra. To many lads concentrating on the referees game more than their own as well. Feeling hard done by instead of battling like f**k for a result. Knocked my end right in, knew i should have gone to watch the wick!!

Jason jason jason, Go and watch the wick or for that matter anyteam in the f...ing country, and lads or the side line will have ago at the ref, when he makes the decisions what that fool made on sunday, the ball nearly touched the back of the net for gods sake and then a hand ball in the box , which he admitted was handball and he doesnt give a pen.
He even ran 20yards to get the ball for them so they could take a corner!! Summed it up after the game when their sideline where giving it well played errrrrnie !! that makes my P*ss boil.
Wont fault any of the players everyone does there best and have done so all season, but yet again refs decisions go against us, im not for one minute saying we should of won the game however if he had givin the goal which was in and the pen for handball we would of been three nil up.
This is the same ref who didnt give us a pen against st francis because and i quote him , yous are already 4 nil up . Didnt know that was the new FA rules?!
Everyone is entitled to their views but football grounds all over the world would be very quiet if fans or players didnt have a pop at refs, tell you what go and watch rugby, they dont get on the refs back and call him sir , if thats what you want.

Yes poots has been a bad couple of games for both blackhall sides, but lets just stick at it and see if we can both win our leagues. But i think you would agree with me that blackhall teams over the years dont seem to get a lot off the refs, which after a while you cant keep your mouth shut .

Im wasting my time, get on with the c*nt marra! All im trying to get across is that having a go at refs will do us a lot more harm than good in the long run. And by the way, hes the same ref that didnt give a perfectly good goal for hartlepool cc last season when we scraped a win down there place. Very similar to ours when ben clawed it out from about 2ft over the line.

They were vile like, especially that big center half with the mittens on. They should be embarrassed trying to con the ref by constantly trying to get decisions. At times they where almost begging him to give them free kicks and throw ins. At least the workies lads were a canny bunch.

Potter when you do eventually play goldmine i hope yer hammer the vile feckers! And knock three layers of dust of philly ross anarl while yer on!

I agree with both of you. there is a definate bias against Blackhall sides its as simple as that. the Hartlepool lads who play for us are shocked by how bad it is after a couple of seasons of crap decisions. However Jay is right we have to try and be disciplined or it just gives these planks an excuse to do us over. I struggle though and on many occasion you will see me ready to throttle the cheating Bast**rds

Jay, I thought the ref at Hpool CC was that Alvin bloke? I remember thinking how shocked I was when he didnt award the OG 'cos for Breathless a few year ago we had a stonewall penalty in dying minutes and his crack was along the lines of ' the day I give a yakka team a penalty is the day I pack in reffing!

Anyway, he's bin binned off from doing it now
